Brothers Randy and Rick Evans hatched their plan over lift rides at Schweitzer Mountain, opening their first Sandpoint, Idaho roastery and cafe in 2009 on a used Probat. A four-time Good Food Awards winner, including in 2016, 2023 and 2024, they build long-term relationships with the producers they buy from.
