“This is Subtext's filter roast of the San Antonio Ozolotepec field blend: Typica, Bourbon and Marsellesa from eight smallholders in Oaxaca's Sierra Sur, grown at 1,700-2,000 masl and harvested in spring 2026. Osito is the importer. The roaster prints nectarine, black cherry and white fruit, and the same green coffee is also sold as a separate espresso roast.”
