Recipe used in the Toronto AeroPress Championship
- Coffee: 15g, medium-coarse ground
- Water: 155g, 85°C
- Initial Brew: 155g water, wait 1 minute 20 seconds, plunge to 125g yield
- Bypass: Add water back to 155g
- Aims for under-extraction to highlight plum and juicy notes, reduce funkiness.

- Majority of this lot is a honey process which ends up in lots of fruit lots of citrus notes
Recipe Steps

Add 155 grams of water to 15 grams of coffee.
Stir the coffee from 4 directions. Wait for 1:20 mark.

Plunge until you hear a hissing sound.

Remove Aeropress, should have 120g yield.
Add water back to reach 155 grams.
