Pallet Coffee Roasters began in late 2014 in a converted fish-packing plant at 323 Semlin Drive in East Vancouver, roasting small batches on Portuguese Joper machines (from a 3 kg up to a 15 kg BPR-15). It has grown to eight-plus locations across Metro Vancouver, with a dedicated Roastery & HQ at 395 Alexander Street.
