H&S Coffee Roasters was co-founded in 2014 by Joshua Heien and Coulter Sunderman in Laramie, Wyoming, roasting small-batch coffee at high elevation on the Great Plains. The roastery emphasizes ethical sourcing and worker welfare, winning Good Food Awards in 2020 and 2022.
