“This is Sey's first year buying coffee from Tuke Yute, a producer in Keramo, one of the roaster's favourite growing areas within Bensa. He farms 10 hectares at excellent elevation and also buys cherry from thirty of his neighbours' smaller gardens. Cherries were de-pulped while intentionally leaving a small amount of mucilage, then dried shaded on raised beds for three days.”
