“The first release of Sey's 2026 Rwandan season. Kanzu is a private washing station in Nyamasheke, western Rwanda, serving a relatively small group of producers who farm coffee in small backyard garden plots. Cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated to remove defects, de-pulped, dry-fermented for 24-36 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds until moisture reaches 10.5%. The lot is pure Bourbon at 2,200 masl, harvested in July 2026.”
