“Daniel Caro Lopez is a young, second-generation producer introduced to Sey by export partners The Coffee Quest. His farm, El Tambo, is one of the highest in northern Antioquia at 2,200 masl and spans 33 hectares, with 5 hectares planted to coffee, mostly Chiroso alongside a small garden of Gesha. This end-of-season lot from the roaster's Chiroso project was hand-picked at peak ripeness, floated, de-pulped on the day of harvest, fermented underwater for six days, then dried on raised beds to roughly 10% moisture.”
