Prime Reserve

Highlights

“An exceptional SL-28 variety grown in Huila, Colombia — unusual for this Kenyan-origin cultivar. Producer Maria Rodriguez and the Nucleo de gestion de Palestina community crafted this lot with a 48-hour whole cherry anaerobic fermentation followed by 72-hour anaerobic post-pulp fermentation. Flavors of cherry, mandarin orange, and grape with a red wine finish.”
