Highlights
“This may be Prodigal's final new-crop Kenya of the latest harvest season. Unusual for Kenya, this is a single-estate AA lot instead of a co-op coffee. Managed by Morris Njagi, Kivanga Estate spans 75 hectares at 1750 meters elevation and operates its own washing station. The cherries were picked at peak ripeness, sorted, pulped, fermented aerobically in open tanks, washed, and dried 14-21 days on raised beds.”
