“Goro is a classic washed Ethiopian with florals, citrus, stone fruit, and a hint of anise spice — a drink-all-day coffee with balanced flavors and zero fatigue. The pulping left approximately 10% mucilage on the seed, creating a mini-honey effect. It fermented 24 hours, then was hand washed, shade dried, and continually sorted to remove defects. This lot came from Habtamu Fekadu Aga, whose Goro washing station in Guji has been operating since 2013.”
