Highlights
“A Colombian gesha from Marilin Muñoz, whose family has grown coffee in Huila for three generations and whose mother, Fabiola Ortega, put Higueron, El Tabor and Velvet Bliss on the Prodigal menu. Marilin has farmed for 15 years, with both of her sons now running parts of the operation. Ripe cherries were depulped, washed and dried for 20-25 days. Scott Rao brewed a stash of it in Panama at World of Coffee, and October subscribers got the first release.”
