Founded in 2012 by Jarrett and Justine Johnson, who moved to Orlando dreaming of a brewery before falling for specialty coffee, Lineage roasts beans from Guatemala, Colombia, Kenya and Brazil. A Good Food Awards winner, it now runs multiple cafes across the city.
