A specialty roaster and coffee shop in Indianapolis's Garfield Park, HELM rose to national attention when lead roaster Justin Bull won the 2025 U.S. Brewers Cup. A former graphic designer who joined HELM as a barista, Bull went on to place 6th at the World Brewers Cup in Jakarta.
