“Finca Soledad sits at 1,515 m in the Intag Valley, inside the Imbabura UNESCO Global Geopark in northern Ecuador. Pepe Jijón founded the farm in 2010 and keeps most of its 120 hectares as protected or replanted cloud forest. Lot 22/32 is the Sidra that stood out when HELM cupped the season at the house; the number is a tracking label from the farm's records. Cherries are picked and depulped the same day, fermented in tanks, washed in fresh spring water and dried about thirty days on covered raised beds. Roasted 20 October 2026.”
