CACoffeeLab was founded in 2021 as a Toronto-based community of more than 500 specialty coffee lovers united by discovering and sharing exceptional coffee. What began with local Toronto roasters has grown into a collective exploring beans, brews and roasters from around the world, partnering with over 19 specialty roasters across Canada, Japan, Scandinavia and beyond.
