“Morgan Estate is Jamison Savage's farm on the west side of the volcano in Chiriquí, at 1,700 to 1,850 metres, bought direct; this Terroir lot is washed Geisha from the 2026 harvest. It looks less like a farm than a garden turning into forest, coffee trees scattered through it — the place Substance credits with showing them more than a decade ago that coffee could taste like this, before a 2020 hurricane brought casualties and landslides there. Hot it has beautiful acidity and is very floral; warm it is jasmine, violet and bergamot; cold, jasmine holds. 100 g at €50, in stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 12/10/2026.”
