“Mi Finquita is the Hartmann family's farm in Los Pozos, Boquete, in Panama's Chiriquí highlands, growing Geisha between 1,650 and 2,000 metres. This is the washed sibling of the natural lot Substance also sells: the fruit is removed and the coffee washed rather than dried in cherry. Substance bought directly from Ratibor and Tessie Hartmann for the 2025 crop and cupped the new roast two hours off the drum, where it was already very floral and easy to drink; they are waiting to see how it opens up over the following week. Sold in a 100 g bag at €50, out of stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 11/05/2026.”
