“Mi Finquita Chibor is Tessie and Ratibor Hartmann's farm in Los Pozos, Volcán, Chiriquí, growing Geisha between 1,650 and 2,000 metres on volcanic soil; this is washed lot 126 from the 2026 harvest, bought direct after Substance's January 2026 visit. The beds there are spotless, and Ratibor was hands-deep in cherries working a specific fermentation when they arrived. Cupped a few hours after roasting it is floral and sweet with bergamot and jasmine — very complex and very straightforward at the same time. 100 g at €70, out of stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 05/10/2026.”
