“Terroir is the straight washed Geisha from Iris Estate in Boquete, Chiriquí, where Jamison Savage farms with Sasa Sestic and Elvin Siew between 1,850 and 2,300 metres; Substance buys direct from Jamison. This is the 2026 harvest, a year after the 2025 lot that carried the same name. Joachim cups it a few hours off the drum: hot, elegant and floral with a lot of jasmine; warm, jasmine and violet with litchi, lemon and bergamot; cold, still very jasmine. 100 g at €50, out of stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 19/10/2026.”
