“Porton is a natural Geisha from Hacienda La Esmeralda, the Peterson family's farm in the Quiel area of Boquete, Chiriquí, above 1,870 metres. The cherries were picked on 3 March 2025 and dried on raised beds for 47 days. Substance buys directly from the farm and prints no tasting notes for this lot, only the spec; they also note they have no photographs of the farm taken themselves and plan to visit the following year. Sold in a 50 g bag at €34, out of stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 18/05/2026.”
