“Torcaza is one of the areas of Finca Sophia, Willem Boot's farm in Boquete, Chiriquí, managed by Kelly Hartmann. It sits just below Estación and Poro, named after the Torcaza-Aliblanca, the white-winged dove found across the farm and one of the two birds behind the Finca Sophia logo. This is the washed Geisha from that block, harvested on 2 May 2025 at 2,026 metres. Finca Sophia's own note is that the Torcaza washed lots were all stunning this year and that the area is among the most prolific on the farm.
