Highlights
“Loma is one of Elida Estate's named plots, growing inside Volcán Barú National Park in Chiriquí at 1,700 to 1,800 metres on volcanic soil. Harvested 6 March 2026 and washed with cold room drying — the CRD on the label — for the Lamastus family, bought direct. Substance has now walked three Lamastus farms and singles out how rigorously Elida tracks every lot, processing and drying run, with Wilford Lamastus cupping alongside the visiting roasters. Hot the cup is floral and vegetal like flower petals, subtle and clean; warm it is strongly jasmine, sweet, like Long Jing tea, with a beautiful structured acidity; cold it stays obsessively jasmine. 100 g at €55, out of stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 03/08/2026.”
