“Falda is a named plot on Elida Estate, the Lamastus family's farm inside Volcán Barú National Park in Chiriquí, planted at 1,800 metres on volcanic soil. This is the washed lot: cherries picked on 6 March 2026, dried in a cold room, the CRD on the label. Substance buys direct and has visited three Lamastus farms across their 2024 and January 2026 trips, praising beds clean enough to walk every part of and lots that are tracked and cupped with visiting roasters.
