“Elida Estate belongs to the Lamastus family and sits inside Volcán Barú National Park in Chiriquí, Panama. Aguacate is one of its named plots and the one the farm describes as a famous lot known to score very high on the SCA scale. This is the washed Geisha from it: cherries harvested on 10 March 2025, dried on coffee beds until 26 March, between 1,875 and 1,900 metres on volcanic soil. Substance buys direct and visited three Lamastus farms in February 2024, praising how rigorously the lots are tracked and cupped with visiting roasters. 100 g at €55, out of stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 29/06/2026.”
