“Black Moon Farm is Hunter Tedman's nine-hectare farm in Alto Quiel, Chiriquí: vegetables first, Geisha planted in 2018, now Chiroso, pink bourbon and wush wush, with the soil rebuilt through leaf analysis, syntropic agriculture and agroforestry. Lot 53 is anaerobic natural Chiroso picked and wet-milled on 23/02/2026, dried from 26/02 to 25/03/2026 at 1,700 metres on volcanic soil, processed by Linda Michelle Arauz and bought direct through Hunter. Hot it is orange, clementine and red fruits; warm, more red fruits, blood orange and blackcurrant; cold, it stays very orange. 100 g at €45, in stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 26/10/2026.”
