Highlights
“Black Moon Farm is Hunter Tedman's nine-hectare farm in Alto Quiel, Chiriquí — vegetables first, Geisha planted in 2018, and now Chiroso, pink bourbon and wush wush. Bad soil and fertiliser pushed him into leaf analysis, syntropic agriculture and agroforestry, and to compost mixed to what the tests said was missing. This lot, 21/33, is anaerobic natural Chiroso from the 2026 harvest at 1,700 metres on volcanic soil, bought direct through Hunter, with Tessie and Ratibor Hartmann named as producers. Hot it is red fruit, blackcurrant and floral; warm, mango, jackfruit and passionfruit with flowers; cold, floral with blackcurrant and raspberry. 100 g at €45, out of stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 30/09/2026.”
