“Auromar is Roberto Brenes' farm in Boquete, Chiriquí, and Lupao is a hybrid that developed naturally there rather than in a lab — close to Geisha, and part of the farm's own signature. This lot covers just 0.4 hectares at 1,600 metres, dried as a natural from the 2026 crop. Hot it gives passionfruit, mango, jasmine and cane sugar; warm, peach and apricot with a clean, almost lemony edge; cold, sweetness with a touch of fermentation, rose and lychee. Substance has visited twice, in 2024 and 2026, and rates Auromar as one of the most distinctive farms it works with. 200 g at €27, out of stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 07/09/2026.”
