“Kagumo is a smallholder lot from Kirinyaga in central Kenya, where more than 1,500 farmers deliver to the factory at 1,600 to 1,700 metres above sea level. The varieties are SL28, SL34 and Batian, fully washed, and the green comes in through Trabocca on a direct-trade basis. Substance keeps its notes simple: a few hours after roasting the coffee tastes of tomato and peach, and as it rests they expect it to turn more floral, the classic Kirinyaga arc from savoury to perfumed. 200 g at €22, in stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 02/10/2026.”
