“Lot 137 is a natural Gesha 1931 from Narsha, the 5.3-hectare block of Gesha Village in Bench Maji, western Ethiopia, sitting between 1,963 and 1,977 metres under indigenous shade trees on virgin-forest brown-red loam. Rachel Samuel and Adam Overton farm it from the original Gesha 1931 selections and sell this lot direct; harvest is 2026. Substance cups it a few hours off the roast: violet, strawberry and rose when hot; as it warms the violet turns powdery and picks up rose, lychee and a cherry-like red fruit; cold it is rose petals, violet and lychee. 100 g at €35, in stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 26/10/2026.”
