“Bedaye comes from the Jimma zone in Oromia, Ethiopia, grown above 2,100 metres; the spec block names Metad as producer and Belco as importer, 2026 harvest, natural heirloom. Substance cups it a few hours after roasting: hot, peach and orange; warm, earl grey with red fruits and mango; cold, it stays orange. 200 g at €22, in stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 02/11/2026.”
