“Banko Gotiti is a washing station in Gedeb, in Ethiopia's Gedeo zone, established in 2009 and fed by smallholders farming about two hectares each across roughly 1,300 hectares of shade-grown coffee between 1,950 and 2,100 metres. This is lot #2, a washed heirloom: the mucilage is fermented off in tanks for 36 to 48 hours depending on the weather, graded in the washing channel, soaked for 30 minutes to an hour, then dried for 10 to 15 days. Nordic Approach brings it in through BNT Industry & Trading. Hot, Substance finds peach and apricot almost like iced tea; warm adds strawberry, violet, lavender and bergamot. 200 g at €25, in stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 26/10/2026.”
