“Alaka is a washed heirloom from Hambela in Ethiopia, grown at 2,100 to 2,200 metres in the Hambela Wamenna area and dried over 10 to 15 days; Metad is the producer and Belco the importer, 2026 harvest. Substance cups it hours after roasting: hot, orange, bergamot and grapefruit; warm, orangette — candied orange — with litchi and more orange; cold, bergamot. 200 g at €23, in stock as of 7 November 2026 with a roast date of 26/10/2026.”
