The Gesha is pulped with part of the sweet mucilage still on the seed and dried with it intact, which places the cup between a washed and a natural Gesha: floral transparency and precise acidity from the variety, plus extra sweetness, texture and fruit from the honey process. Standout selected it as the Esmeralda lot of their harvest.”
