Finca Soledad Washed Sidra - Wave Process, Ecuador

Highlights

“Finca Soledad sits high above Ecuador's Intag Valley within a UNESCO Global Geopark, surrounded by protected cloud forest. Although the estate covers more than 120 hectares, coffee is cultivated on only five; the remainder is preserved or reforested with more than 25,000 native trees since Pepe Jijón established the farm in 2010. This lot uses Pepe's signature Wave Washed process — slow, temperature-controlled fermentation, gentle handling and extended shaded drying — designed to preserve freshness, sweetness and clarity. Expect white peach, citrus, honey sweetness, white grape and delicate jasmine florals with a silky, tea-like texture and a clean lingering finish. Standout's first release from Finca Soledad and the most exclusive coffee in their Specialty Range.”
