Jamison Savage selects Gesha grown by producer partners across the Volcán and Boquete regions of Chiriquí, around 1,850 metres above sea level. Perfectly ripe cherries are slowly shade-dried on raised African beds for around 20 days, building tropical fruit and honeyed sweetness while preserving jasmine florals and an elegant structure.”
