“Abbraccio - embrace in Italian - is a collaborative project in which Panama's Altieri family works with neighbouring producers around Boquete, Chiriqui, pairing local growing knowledge with Altieri Coffee's experience in processing, selection and quality. This washed Pacamara is grown at 1,600 metres and represents the project rather than a single estate. The cup opens with white florals and jasmine, moves through sweet citrus and ripe nectarine, then turns to yellow peach, cherry, caramel and a touch of cocoa as it cools.”
