Highlights
“Karin De La Rosa and her family grow award-winning coffee at Mount Totumas, inside a 140-hectare cloud forest in Tierras Altas, Chiriqui; they took first place in the Geisha Natural category at Best of Panama in 2023. This Typica was harvested on 17 February 2026: whole cherries were pre-dried, then fermented in closed containers in the forest for 5-7 days, followed by 7-8 weeks on indoor beds and a final 80 hours in a dehydrator. This nanolot was created specifically for Rogue Wave Coffee, and the cup carries blackcurrant, iced tea, orange cola and a floral lift.”
