Kent and Kristopher were born into a coffee family helping on their own family farm as well as the farm of their uncle, Wilford Lamastus, one of the best specialty coffee producers in Panama. This year, Kent and Kristopher have endeavoured to begin processing their own specialty coffee on their family farm. This Geisha Natural Lot 06 is an Anaerobic Slow Dry process, fermented for 72 hours in GrainPro bags underwater to maintain a stable 15 to 20 degree temperature and then sun-dried on raised beds for 21 to 30 days.”
