“We're excited to be the very first buyer of Kent and Kristopher! Kent and Kristopher were born into a coffee family helping on their own family farm as well as the farm of their uncle, Wilford Lamastus — one of the best specialty coffee producers in Panama. This year, they have endeavoured to begin processing their own specialty coffee on their family farm. Lot 05 is a classic natural, sun-dried on raised beds for 21–30 days. Lot 06 is an Anaerobic Slow Dry process, fermented for 72 hours in GrainPro bags underwater to maintain a stable 15–20ºC temperature and then sun-dried on raised beds for 21–30 days. Only 22 bundles available.”
