This lot brings together 15 producers from the Huehuetenango region whose coffees share a similar quality profile but whose individual lot sizes are too small to stand alone as microlots. By blending lots scoring 84 and 85 points, Primavera creates a regional coffee that is both fully traceable to the farm level and representative of the classic, balanced Huehue profile.”
