“SNAP Specialty Coffee operates 7 washing stations across Sidama, Yirgacheffe and Guji. Their agronomists trained over 6,000 farmers last year. The Chelbesa One station serves approximately 1,000 smallholders, each farming 2-3 hectares at 1,950-2,200 masl. This lot combines Korume and Wolisho heirloom varieties, dry-fermented for 2-3 days after de-pulping, then dried on raised beds for 7-10 days.”
