“Fazenda Rio Brilhante in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, is run by the Urban family across 1,600+ hectares divided into 45 sections by grevillea and mahogany windbreaks. Harvested mechanically with calibrated ripeness targeting, cherries are density-sorted before natural drying. The farm placed 2nd in the Imaflora-Rainforest Alliance competition in 2017 and won the Ethics and Traceability Award in 2020. UTZ, Rainforest Alliance, and 4C certified.”
