“Finca Santa Cruz is a family-operated farm in the mountains of Chiapas, Mexico, led by Jose 'Pepe' Arguello, a third-generation producer whose coffees have repeatedly won Mexico's Cup of Excellence. The farm sits near the biodiverse El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. This Gesha is washed and dried on raised beds at 1,650 metres, then roasted light by Onyx at an Agtron reading of 130 - yellow pear, chamomile, almond and vanilla blossom.”
