“Region: Kenya, Nyeri. Producer: Kihuyo Factory. Varietal: SL 28, SL 34, Ruiru 11. Process: Washed. Our first Kenya in years, this profile made us keep coming back to the cupping bowl. A Kenya with fruit, berries, and plenty of tropical vibes. First stage of fermentation is 24hrs, then another 12-24 fermentation in tanks, followed by 24hrs in water before drying.”
