Tips & Preparation
Recipe adjustments for developed coffee:
- Lower temperature by -15°C (approximately 2.8°C).
- Coarsen grind size by two clicks on a Comandante grinder.
- Lower total brew time to 2 minutes and 5 seconds.
- Start plunge at 1 minute 45 seconds.
- Shorten plunge time by about 10 seconds.
- If the coffee tastes like a full-bed big coffee flavor with not really any distinct notes, coarsen up your grind.
- If tasting sourness, fine up your grind and/or extend total brew time.
Recipe Steps
Pour 200ml of water into the Aeropress first.

Add 13g of coffee, Start timer as the coffee contact the water.
Stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to saturate all grounds.

Stir gently to loosen the grounds.

Turn the Aeropress over.
