Murnauer Kaffeerösterei is a family-run specialty coffee roastery in Murnau am Staffelsee in Upper Bavaria, focused on selected specialty coffees since 2008. Working with long-standing partners at origin and in the coffee trade, it maintains transparent relationships and develops an individual roast profile for every bean to emphasise characteristic aromas and make the diversity of each origin visible. Its partnership-based purchasing approach with coffee farmers has been recognised with the Bavarian SME award ('Bayerischer Mittelstandspreis').
