La Terza is an artisan coffee roasterie in Cincinnati, Ohio, built on the conviction that exceptional coffee and ethical business practices belong together. Owner David Gaines took over the company in 2013 and has grown it into a roaster serving coffee shops and restaurants across Southwest Ohio, paying fair prices and keeping direct relationships with producers. Alongside retail and wholesale coffee, La Terza runs La Terza University courses for coffee professionals and a cafe inside HighGrain Brewing Co. in Brentwood.
