Goshen Coffee was founded in 2002 in the college town of Edwardsville, Illinois, and acquired by Jay and Julie Beard in 2013, who expanded it into cafés and wholesale roasting. The roaster has earned back-to-back Good Food Awards in 2023 and 2024, alongside numerous Golden Bean medals.
