Ten Belles is a values-driven specialty coffee roastery and sourdough bakery founded in Paris in 2012, its original site at 10 rue de la Grange aux Belles giving the business its name. Co-founder Thomas Lehoux is one of the figures behind the Paris specialty coffee scene, and the company frames its work around regenerating people, place and planet.
